THE ROLE We're hiring our first dedicated Product Manager for Growth — a high-impact role that will directly influence how thousands of businesses discover, onboard, and activate on our platform. You'll own the full growth funnel from first touch through successful activation, partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to move the needle on our most critical business metrics. This isn't a "gather requirements and write specs" role. We want someone who thinks like a founder, moves with urgency, and builds conviction through data. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Own the product growth roadmap, from freemium and trial experiences to activation milestones and expansion triggers • Define and relentlessly optimize the metrics that matter: activation rate, time-to-value, expansion MRR, and net revenue retention • Drive cross-functional experimentation — partnering with Design, Engineering, and Data to run 2–4 A/B tests per sprint • Analyze qualitative and quantitative signals to identify friction points in the user journey and build the case for prioritization • Champion the voice of the customer: conduct regular user research, interpret behavioral data, and translate findings into product decisions • Lead product discovery for 0→1 growth features, from rapid prototyping through successful launch • Collaborate with Marketing on PLG motion strategy, including in-product messaging, lifecycle communications, and referral programs • Maintain a transparent roadmap and communicate product decisions clearly to all stakeholders including the C-suite WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Required: • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on growth or PLG • Proven track record of improving activation or retention metrics with quantifiable results • Strong command of product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or equivalent) • Demonstrated ability to run structured experiments and interpret results rigorously • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment with both sales-assisted and self-serve motions • Exceptional written and verbal communication — you write with clarity and conviction Nice-to-Have: • Experience building or scaling a freemium or free trial product motion • SQL proficiency for independent data exploration • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or the broader RevOps ecosystem • Background in fintech, devtools, or workflow automation WHAT WE OFFER • Base Salary: $155,000 – $190,000 depending on experience + annual performance bonus • Equity: Meaningful RSU package, refreshed annually • Health: 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision for employee and dependents • Time Off: Unlimited PTO + 12 company holidays • Parental Leave: 18 weeks fully paid • Learning & Development: $3,000/year for conferences, courses, and coaching • Remote-First: Work from anywhere in the US; quarterly in-person team offsites • Home Office: $1,200 one-time stipend + $100/month ongoing EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER Acme Corp is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
